The “Standard Order” of any of our WOW house plans includes 8 full-size sets of 22” x 34” blackline prints and 5 mini sets of 11” x 17” blackline prints which are all on white bond paper.
The typical set (full-size or mini) of a WOW house plan includes detailed floor plans, door and window schedules, area square footages, interior elevations (cabinets, desks, bookcases, etc.), sections (typical walls, decorative ceilings, stairs, building cross-sections, etc.), exterior elevations (front, left side, right side, and rear), roof plan, and a separate electrical plan. The contents of our typical set (full-size or mini) by sheet are as follows:
Sheet 1 typically includes the first story floor plan, door and window schedules, area square footages, a symbol legend, and general notes (construction, utility, and special equipment).
Sheet 2 typically includes the second story floor plan and/or any future bonus areas that are on the second story along with general framing notes. The associated utility plan, sections, and interior elevations are also typically on sheet 2.
Sheet 3 typically includes interior elevations (cabinets, desks, bookcases, etc.), sections (typical walls, decorative ceilings, building cross-sections, etc.), a header schedule, and general interior elevation notes.
Sheet 4 typically includes two exterior elevations (front and rear) and the roof plan of the house.
Sheet 5 typically includes two exterior elevations (right and left sides) and typical details of various plan features.
Sheet 6 typically includes the electrical plan with a symbol legend and general utility notes. Some basic mechanical/HVAC details are typically included on the electrical plan in a set of WOW house plans.
